Prince Frederick, Maryland is a bedroom community for many that commute to the Baltimore-Washington Metro Area. This small community sits in Calvert County and is surrounded by water on the east and west sides by the Chesapeake Bay and the Patuxent River . It’s the perfect location for commuters that don’t want to live in the big city. The crime rate is low, residents are always friendly and the schools are the best in Maryland . Maryland Route 231 and Routes 2 & 4 make commuting even easier to Washington DC and Baltimore.
Homes in Prince Frederick are just as unique as the town. Homes cannot be built on land less than three acres and prices can’t be better.
